Houseboat 11 x 3m, spacious, lightweight, stable, motorized and statically designed comfortably for a crew of 2-6.

The houseboat is built on plastic or aluminum floats with a diameter of 700-800mm (depending on the type) and a length of 10.5m. The space between the floats is free or. intended for the installation of drinking water and waste water tanks or. for a fuel tank.

The exterior deck is made of high-quality thermowood, which is lightweight and durable.

Above the front terrace is a retractable two-tone sun awning to make outdoor seating more enjoyable during sunny summer days.

The railing is made of painted aluminum posts with wooden filling or filling with cables.

Houseboat with a superstructure measuring 6.60x2.96m is made of sandwich panels, 80mm thick. The sandwich laminate construction ensures good thermal comfort even when sailing in the colder months. The superstructure is divided into a living area - a living area with access to the terrace, a hallway with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with two beds and access to the rear terrace. Interior flooring - laminate flooring. Exterior windows/doors made of aluminum or plastic.

The electrical installation is 12V with the possibility of recharging from the 230V network or with recharging using solar panels which can be placed on the roof (for an additional fee).

The basic water distribution is built-in, according to the client's wishes and the autonomy of navigation, the system is adapted by retrofitting tanks and a wastewater system.
