We present to you a houseboat measuring 4.4x14.8m for comfortable living on the water for a crew of 4. The houseboat is designed to provide the full comfort of a family home but with the added value of the surrounding environment.
Conceptually, the houseboat is divided into a social area, which consists of a common room with a kitchenette (17.8 m2) and a large covered terrace with an area of 15.3 m2. The rear living area consists of two cabins - a master bedroom (11.3 m2), a smaller bedroom (6.1 m2) and a bathroom with a toilet (3.5 m2).
The body of the float is of the catamaran type made of steel floats, alternatively aluminum floats can also be used. The electrical supply is designed from a shore connection, alternatively the houseboat can be powered from its own solar cells or generator. For those interested, who cannot stay in one place, the houseboat can be equipped with a motor with control for transfers or longer cruises.
The superstructure is made of sandwich cladding, with insulation for year-round stays. Sliding/lowering blinds are designed along the sides of the houseboat.
