The polyethylene pontoon is a modern solution for all types of floating platforms. The basis of the pier is a rectangular float, which is the buoyancy element of the supporting structure and the pier walkway.
The floats on the side edges have sockets into which wedges are inserted, directed from above by a screw. A part of the pier or pontoon may include a ladder into the water, and moorings for anchoring boats and ships.
