The Travel 1003 electric motor is waterproof ! (IP 67 standard - the motor can be submerged to a depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 60 minutes without any damage.)

Battery charging time:

From empty to full, the time ranges from 9 hours for a 320 Wh battery to 15 hours for a 520 Wh battery.

Estimated battery life:

In general, an annual loss of around 4% can be expected. Aging is accelerated if the battery is exposed to high temperatures for a long time and if it is stored fully charged for a long time. It can be used in very hot weather, but when not in use it should be removed from the sun and stored in a cool place, at room temperature. If stored for a long time, the state of charge should be around 70%. By following these instructions, the battery will last around 6-10 years.

Charging the Travel battery from solar and on-board sources:

The battery can be solar charged even while the engine is running.
